How do I submit My Team’s Donations once I have Collected Them?

Five days prior to the Inside Ride cycling challenge, all donations should be turned into your organization’s Inside Ride Coordinator. Your individual and team fundraising totals should be logged on your Team Summary Sheet (located in the tool kit). These totals will be used to determine the highest team fundraising achievement.

How do My Donors Get their Tax Receipts?

Tax receipts for donations of $20 or more, are issued electronically in real time for donations made on-line. Tax receipts are electronically issued approximately 4-6 weeks after The Inside Ride for all manual donations of cash, cheques, and money orders.

Can I register to Ride on More than One Team?

Each participant can register to ride on one team only. For the sake of the cause, we hope to register 180 riders, the maximum number of participants. This gives everyone a chance to participate and maximizes the fundraising potential for your school, or organization.

Can We Use One Pledge Form for Multiple Riders?

In order to ensure that your donors receive tax receipts from their cash, cheque or money orders, the event participant must ensure that the pledge forms are completed and submitted to their Organization’s Inside Ride Coordinator prior to the Event. You don’t need to train specifically to participate in The Inside Ride. However, we always recommend you try to meet the minimum daily physical activity requirements outlined in Health Canada’s Physical Activity Guide for the promotion of health and wellness.
